CV NEWS FEED // Former President Donald Trump took to TRUTH social multiple times on Wednesday praising CatholicVote’s effort to expose the long anti-Catholic record of presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris.
“CatholicVote.org is doing GREAT work getting Voters to the Polls,” Trump wrote in a post Wednesday afternoon, mentioning CatholicVote by name. “All Catholics should join this incredible cause!”
“Crazy Kamala Harris is anti-Catholic,” he added. “She attacked a Judicial Nominee for being a member of the Highly Respected Knights of Columbus! There should NEVER be a Religious Test for serving our Country. IN GOD WE TRUST!”
“A large group of Catholics is launching a major Political Campaign against Crazy Kamala Harris. FINALLY!” Trump wrote in a separate post a few hours earlier on Wednesday morning.
“Catholics are literally being persecuted by this Wack Job, just ask the Knights of Columbus,” the 45th president continued. “They say that she is the most Anti-Catholic person to ever run for high office in the U.S.”

“This respected group wants ALL CATHOLICS TO VOTE AGAINST KAMALA, and they are 100% correct,” Trump stated.
In a post to X (formerly Twitter), CatholicVote thanked Trump for calling attention to its efforts.
“We’re proud to expose Kamala’s vile hatred of Catholics,” CatholicVote wrote. “Having a President who unapologetically brings this hatred to light is needed to combat religious bigotry.”
During a Tuesday morning appearance on FOX and Friends, FOX News Chief Religion Correspondent Lauren Green reported that CatholicVote “is calling [Harris] … one of the most anti-Catholic politicians ever.”
“And they are mounting a multi-million dollar ad campaign in heavily Catholic swing states to try to defeat her,” Green added. “CatholicVote is reminding the faithful of Harris’ actions and policies.”
This past Friday, Trump singled out Harris’ “radical left ideology,” which he called “really militantly hostile toward Americans of faith.”
“As a Senator, [Harris] viciously attacked highly qualified judicial nominees simply because they were members of the Knights of Columbus, suggesting that their Catholic faith disqualified them from serving on the federal bench,” he said in remarks delivered at Turning Point Action’s Believers’ Summit in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Trump was referring to Judge Brian Buescher, a Knight of Columbus whom the former president successfully appointed to United States District Court for the District of Nebraska in 2018.
During the Catholic nominee’s confirmation hearings, then-Sen. Harris asked Buescher: “Were you aware that the Knights of Columbus opposed a woman’s right to choose when you joined the organization?”
