CV NEWS FEED // Catholic married couples have a new way to strengthen their marriages by spending a week on the Good News Cruise, a getaway trip advertised as “a Catholic cruise that will change your marriage forever.”
Sponsored by Corporate Travel Service, the Good News Cruise brings couples aboard the Royal Caribbean’s ‘Oasis of the Seas’ cruise ship for seven days every year to grow and deepen their marriages.
Along with typical relaxing cruise experiences, couples aboard the Good News Cruise have opportunities to attend daily Mass and hear from speakers like Fr. Mike Schmitz, Cardinal Timothy Dolan, Bishop Kevin Rhoades, Catholic best-selling author Immaculée Ilibagiza, and others.
The 2025 Good News Cruise will take place from January 5 to 11, departing from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The cruise will make stops at different locations in the Caribbean, including CocoCay, Bahamas, Falmouth, Jamaica, and Labadee, Haiti.
CatholicVote president Brian Burch recently promoted the cruise, reminding Catholics that “marriage is the bedrock of society” that is currently “under attack from all sides.”
“Remember, strong marriages are the foundation of strong families… and families will save our society!” Burch said. “Don’t wait. Book your spot today!”
More information about the Good News Cruise, including prices and reservations, can be found online.
