CV NEWSFEED // Following Vice President Kamala Harris’ recent historic visit to an abortion clinic in Minnesota on Thursday, pro life advocates have extended a personal invitation for her to tour a pro life clinic in Idaho.
CEO and Founder of Stanton Healthcare Brandi Swindell has invited Harris to tour the pro life orgnaization’s AAAHC-accredited and fully licensed women’s medical clinic.
As CatholicVote previously reported, Harris became the first White House official to visit an abortion clinic on Thursday.
In the letter sent to Harris, Swindell states that it is “critical to involve all Americans in this conversation,” including those “who embrace a life-affirming position.”
“As Vice President of the United States, you have a sacred responsibility to ensure all voices are being heard and all communities are being listened to.”
Swindell continued:
Madame Vice President, if you truly believe in the concept of ‘choice’ you would make the same commitment to visit a life-affirming women’s medical clinic. One could never be considered ‘pro-choice’ without offering real choices.
I am sure you would agree one of the greatest ways to empower women is to give them true choices. While there is serious disagreement on the issue of abortion in America, there should be no disagreement with coming alongside women and giving them options and information on how to make the best possible decisions for their future.
Stanton Healthcare’s women’s clinic specializes in providing care to women facing unexpected pregnancies through medical care, emotional support, and practical resources.
