From the email inbox, a message from Irish actress/producer Roma Downey:
Hello:
I found this online and I was moved by it.I think it’s good to be reminded of how lonely the holidays can be for some people. This little 2 min video encourages us to reach out lovingly to include those around us this holiday season.Have a great weekend.love and lightRoma xox
Downey found it at the Website of The Irish Times, but here’s the YouTube version:
P.S.: As you’re making your holiday plans, remember the “orphans” around you — single people far from their families, or people who don’t have family. Perhaps you could find a place at your table for them this Thanksgiving and/or Christmas. No feeling is worse than being alone when you don’t want to be, as the world celebrates around you.
And you never know, you just might save a life or a soul.
