For the over 350 Catholic parishes that have been attacked and vandalized since 2020 .

Opening Prayer

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

Sancte Michael Archangele, defende nos in proelio, contra nequitiam et insidias diaboli esto praesidium. Imperet illi Deus, supplices deprecamur: tuque, Princeps militiae caelestis, in virtute Dei, in infernum detrude satanam aliosque spiritus malignos, qui ad perditionem animarum pervagantur in mundo. Amen.

Prayer of the Day

Lord Jesus Christ, we ask you to bless all Catholic parishes in America, especially those that have been vandalized during the past three years. In the face of hatred and persecution, fortify these parish communities that they may gain a greater love of the Church, a valiant courage to defend the weakest among us, and the fortitude to persist in  yearning for eternal life.

Give them a living faith in your words: “Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” (Matthew 5:11)

Give them your peace, we pray, that they in turn might radiate that peace to the country

and to the world.

Closing Prayers

Our Father… Hail Mary… Glory be to the Father…
St. Michael, pray for us.

Amen.

Prayer of the Day

Lord Jesus Christ, Divine Ruler of Nations, we ask in your Holy Name that any evil that is being plotted against your Church in America by higher powers be brought to light.

You who have said, “there is nothing hidden that will not become visible, and nothing secret that will not be known and come to light,” (Luke 8:17) grant a swift revelation of the government’s involvement in accusing Catholics who uphold your message of love and life of “terrorism.”

May these ill deeds be revealed so that Catholics may be protected from further abuse of governmental power.

Prayer of the Day

Lord Jesus Christ, we humbly ask for the protection of all Catholics from bigotry in the United States. Mighty Redeemer of mankind, shield your people from all attacks of the Evil One so that they may be free to live and worship you publicly without fear of retaliation.
