Day 1 – For the defense of Catholics against church violence and a weaponized federal government
English
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.
Latin
Sancte Michael Archangele, defende nos in proelio, contra nequitiam et insidias diaboli esto praesidium. Imperet illi Deus, supplices deprecamur: tuque, Princeps militiae caelestis, in virtute Dei, in infernum detrude satanam aliosque spiritus malignos, qui ad perditionem animarum pervagantur in mundo. Amen.
Lord Jesus Christ, we ask you to extend your hand over all Catholic parishes in America, especially those recently subject to violence and vandalism. Strengthen these communities with an even stronger love for the Church, the courage to defend the vulnerable, and perseverance in seeking eternal life.
We also pray for an end to our federal law enforcement’s unjust persecution of Catholics and pro-life activists. May those who work in these agencies realize the error in their ways and attend to true matters of injustice rather than prosecuting fidelity to your law.
Give us a living faith in your words: “Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” (Matthew 5:11)

Amen.
Lord Jesus, You who said that to gain eternal glory we must become as little children, we ask your protection over all the unborn children facing the destruction of abortion. Have mercy on our nation that has tolerated the killing of Your innocent children for too long.
May we be a country that defends the vulnerable and provides for mothers and families in need. May we reflect Your love and compassion in our policies and goals for this election.
In a culture that chooses to dispose of the defenseless as inconvenient, let us boldly live out Your command, “Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40)
Closing Prayers

Lord Jesus, You chose to enter into our humanity in humility as an innocent child. As you said, “Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them,” (Matthew 19:14) guard our children in America from those who aim to corrupt their innocence by making them question their foremost identity as children of God.
