CV NEWS FEED // The National Eucharistic Revival this week reminded Catholics of their commitment to evangelize those who have drifted away from the faith.
“This year, God is inviting us to walk together as disciples,” a Jan. 21 email from the organization stated. “The Walk with One campaign is a beautiful way to say ‘yes’ to His call by accompanying someone on their faith journey.”
The email explains that the initiative consists of three simple steps. First, one should prayerfully discern whom to accompany; second, invite the person to attend Mass with you, pray together, or even just join you for a conversation; and third, to support each other through phone calls, meet-ups, and other interactions.
“Imagine the transformation God will bring through your ‘yes’!” the email continues.
As CatholicVote previously reported, Walk with One is an initiative of the Year of Mission, the National Eucharistic Revival’s third year.
