SENATE CONFIRMS JUDGE  The Senate confirmed religious freedom lawyer Kyle Duncan as the newest federal judge in a 50-47 vote. Duncan defended EWTN and other Catholic organizations in their religious liberty fight against the Obama administration. Duncan will serve on the 5th Circuit. READ
JUDGE STOPS DACA ORDER  A third federal judge has slammed the brakes on President Trump’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), telling the Justice Department that they had 90 days to explain their move to end DACA. READ
ARIZONA SPECIAL ELECTION  Pro-life Republican Debbie Lesko won the special election in Arizona’s 8th District.  READ
