And if you’re a regular reader of this blog, you know that a third for-profit corporation made it to all the way to the Supreme Court. That was Autocam, a Michigan-based company who was represented by the CatholicVote.org Legal Defense Fund.
Victory came yesterday for Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood. And today we have a victory for Autocam.
The Supreme Court vacated the adverse decision against Autocam and stated that “the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit for further consideration in light of Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc.”
Let’s hope that this federal court in Cincinnati gets it right and doesn’t try to get around the Supreme Court’s ruling in the Hobby Lobby case.
