CV NEWS FEED // The Dominican Friars of the Province of St. Joseph have invited Catholics to join them for the final segment of their 9-month Rosary novena, which concludes in September.
As CatholicVote reported, the Friars began their 9-month novena in January with the special intention that many will be inspired to join their Rosary Pilgrimage, to be held Sept. 28 at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC.
With August beginning the eighth month of their novena, the Friars are calling for more of the faithful to join them in prayer.
In a press release, the Dominican Friars shared that Fr. James Sullivan, O.P., the prior of St. Dominic Priory in Washington, DC, and principal preacher for this year’s pilgrimage, offered a reflection on how the Rosary’s mysteries reflect life experiences. He urged Catholics to recognize the interconnectedness of these mysteries and seek guidance from Our Lady to Jesus.
“Please continue to join us in praying the Novena Prayer—indeed, pray that many people will join us for the second annual Dominican Rosary Pilgrimage,” the Friars concluded.
Interested individuals can visit the Dominican Rosary Pilgrimage website to access the prayers, reflections, FAQs, and information about the Pilgrimage.
