CV NEWS FEED // Catholic Answers has announced the launch of its Spanish website and YouTube channel, expanding its outreach to the global Hispanic community.
According to a September 16 news release from Catholic Answers, the new site, available at es.catholic.com or through the Spanish option on catholic.com, offers a comprehensive range of Catholic apologetics and evangelization resources in Spanish.
“Catholic Answers remains steadfast in its mission to explain and defend the Catholic faith, now with a greater ability to serve the growing Hispanic Catholic community,” the press release stated. “Every article, tract, and written-word resource available on the English site has been translated.”
Christopher Check, the president of Catholic Answers, expressed enthusiasm about the significant milestone.
“Since 1979, Catholic Answers has led the way in Catholic apologetics, and now the same expertise, the same charity, the same joy that has informed our work for nearly fifty years is available to the entire Spanish-speaking world,” Check stated. He praised the dedication of the staff for their commitment to this global mission exemplified in their “daily ‘yes’” to the Holy Spirit.
In addition to the website, Catholic Answers has launched Respuestas Católicas, a new YouTube channel offering Spanish audio and video content. The channel is designed to address the specific questions and concerns of the Hispanic community, and features AI-generated Spanish versions of existing English videos to provide “a seamless and engaging experience for Spanish-speaking viewers.”
