CV NEWS FEED // A mob of women attacked the authors of the book Stolen Youth: How Radicals Are Erasing Innocence and Indoctrinating a Generation at a book launch party. The book explores how “woke” indoctrination is harming children and the American family by trying to reinvent reality.
The Daily Wire reported that authors Bethany Mandel and Karol Markowicz were harassed multiple times by groups of women screaming slurs at them and hurling drink glasses and books.
“Suddenly I heard screaming, had books thrown at me and I was soaking wet,” Mandel told The Daily Wire. “I realized young women with short, dyed blue hair were screaming at us ‘black lives matter, trans lives matter!’ I tried to talk to them, but they ran off.”
Mandel was attending the event with her two-month-old son who, thankfully, was in the care of a friend when the attacks occurred.
Markowicz told The Daily Wire: “Our book is a calm, rational take on the indoctrination and forced conformity happening in America today and the way it is aimed at children. Their protest proved our point.”
Protestors also attacked attendees, calling them “fascists” and using slurs.
“Wokeism is poisoning young brains,” Mandel told Fox News Digital. “It’s the thesis of the book, and the young deranged women who protested the party are exactly what we warn about in our book: angry, irrational and uninformed.”
