Efforts are underway in at least eight states to withdraw from the market the experimental mRNA COVID-19 injections that many in America were mandated to take or else risk loss of livelihood or visits with loved ones.
As of February 6, bills and resolutions at various levels of government are being considered in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Texas, Iowa, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida, a report at the McCullough Foundation’s Courageous Discourse noted Monday.
“Alongside many legislative efforts, more than 81,000 physicians, scientists, and concerned citizens, 240 elected government officials, 17 professional organizations, 2 State Republican Parties, and 17 Republican Party County Committees have called for the market withdrawal of COVID-19 vaccines,” McCullough Foundation epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher, MPH posted to X Monday. “A critical mass will soon be reached, forcing the federal government to finally act in accordance with the data and REMOVE COVID-19 mRNA injections from the market.”
Hulscher also appeared in a recent interview with Vigilant News to draw attention to the legislative efforts to ban the COVID mRNA shots.
“In the past few years, there have been multiple initiatives, multiple bills, multiple committee hearings, and all of this stuff is actively, and has in the past few years, been drafted up,” he said. “It’s being considered now by eight states … at various levels of government, including county level and at the state level.”
The epidemiologist explained further that even though the state of Washington, for example, is a “very blue state” that “had 98% vaccine uptake,” there are “initiatives at the county level” if not the state level at this point in time.
“I want to say that, personally, I will be directly involved in three of these initiatives within the next few weeks here,” he said, “and I will be providing undeniable evidence for market withdrawal, including, but not limited to the negative efficacy, DNA contamination, and excess mortality data to these lawmakers.”
“I think these bills eventually, and all these initiatives … will end up reaching a critical mass,” he continued. “And what that means is it’ll reach a certain point to where the federal government will have to respond. They will have to follow suit with the states, and finally, get these off the market … if the federal government doesn’t beforehand.”
Researchers from the foundation, which was launched by cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, a pioneer of a COVID-19 early treatment protocol, “will be actively involved in at least three of these efforts to ban mRNA injections—presenting irrefutable evidence supporting their immediate market withdrawal,” Hulscher wrote at Courageous Discourse.
During the interview, Hulscher highlighted the foundation’s recent comprehensive study, published January 28 at Science, Public Health Policy, and the Law, in which the researchers presented evidence making a case for a total recall of the mRNA COVID shots.
“As of September 6, 2024, the CDC has documented 19,028 deaths in the United States reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) by healthcare professionals or pharmaceutical companies who believe the product is related to the death,” the researchers wrote. “The total number of COVID-19 vaccine deaths reported to VAERS (37,544 among all participating countries) have far exceeded the recall limits of past vaccine withdrawals by up to 375,340%.”
“The criteria for an FDA Class I recall, which applies to products with a reasonable probability of causing serious adverse health consequences or death, have been far exceeded,” the McCullough Foundation researchers concluded. “Excess mortality, negative efficacy, widespread DNA contamination, and a lack of demonstrated reduction in transmission, hospitalization, or mortality have undermined the rationale for continued administration. These unified requests for regulatory action underscore substantial shortcomings in data safety monitoring and risk mitigation. Immediate removal of COVID-19 vaccines from the market is essential to prevent further loss of life and ensure next steps are taken for accountability of the harm incurred.”
“All mRNA technology should be banned,” Hulscher told Vigilant News. “And some of these bills are actually for all mRNA gene therapy injections for any infectious disease. And, you know, we know from the mRNA RSV trials, those failed as well. They gave those to the little babies, and it increased their risk of RSV, and so this platform continuously, continuously shows failure, shows harm, and I think it should be totally banned.”
Hulscher said he plans to share the public livestream links to the legislative hearings in the various states.
“Given the overwhelming evidence, I am very optimistic that we will finally succeed in getting these off the market in some states,” he wrote. “This could trigger a chain reaction, with other states following suit and ultimately pressuring the federal government to take action.”
The McCullough Foundation stated: “The mRNA platform should be completely banned – it has repeatedly demonstrated failure and caused immense harm worldwide.”
