DEMOCRATS ADD PRESSURE The Democratic-led House started a process of voting on individual bills to open up agencies of the federal government that have been shut down. PENNSYLVANIA AND CLIMATE CHANGE Gov. Tom Wolf, D-PA, has committed Pennsylvania to climate goals in line with the Paris agreement. Wolf’s executive order has the goal of reducing greenhouse gases by 26% by 2025, and 80% by 2050.
